Poor weather conditions, interruption of operation, closure of ski runs, unexpected departure, etc. do not constitute a right to refund or extension. In the event of attempted and proved abusive behaviour, the ticket shall either be withdrawn without refund, or a replacement sum shall be charged to be determined by the cable car company.

Dear guest, please observe the following guidelines and rules for your own safety:
- The panorama sign posts indicate closed (red) and open (green) skiing slopes and lift facilities. Please note that if you leave the marked runs and slopes, you will be in in an unsecured, high-alpine area and acting at your own risk.
- A yellow flashing light signals that there is a general acute danger of avalanches off the secured slopes.
- Skiing on closed off slopes or closed sections of slopes is prohibited and liable to prosecution. The slopes are generally closed from 5:00 p.m. onward (Caution: Danger to life due to slope preparation and use of winch!) – except for the slope with floodlights on skiing nights.
