Geischlägerhaus is situated at the sea level of 1770m and is the house that is highest up in the mountains Voralpen with a magnificent panoramic view (solar terrace!). You can reach it directly with the detachable 4 chairlift Hochkar-Vorgipfel or across marked hiking trails from the valley station Hochkar. After an about 20 minute-hike you get from Geischlägerhaus to Hochkar-Gipfel.

Geischlägerhaus is a self-service restaurant (no accommodation) open in winter (daily) and summer (from the middle of June until the middle of October, daily except Fridays and only at fair weather).
