Are you obliged to provide your data?

In order to process the request you have made (e.g., ordering vouchers, requesting information material) and to fulfill the resulting contract or pre-contractual measures, your personal data is required. If you choose not to provide this data, we will unfortunately be unable to process your request.

You are, however, not obliged to give consent for the processing of data that is not relevant to contract fulfillment (for example: when participating in a giveaway, you do not have to consent to receiving the newsletter — your consent in this regard is optional).

For the purpose of providing optimal customer support and information, we store the interests you have selected as evaluated preferences, provided these have been indicated or chosen by you. Providing your interests is voluntary and can be changed or deleted by the newsletter recipient at any time and free of charge. The interests you share are used to send you individualized newsletters automatically.

You may object to the use of your personal data for this purpose at any time and without providing reasons. Such an objection will result in us no longer processing your personal data for individualized newsletter marketing purposes.
