Enjoy the sunrise on the mountain? Definitely!

The Hochkar cable car takes you towards the Hochkar summit already at dawn, reaching 1,770 metres above sea level. Feel the first rays of sunshine of the day on your skin and enjoy the breathtaking views from the 360° Skytour or directly from the summit. A truly unique experience – open to everyone!

After sunrise, a rich breakfast buffet awaits you at the Geischlägerhaus – the perfect start to a special day in the mountains.

With the Early Bird package including breakfast, you don’t have to worry about the ascent and descent. Enjoy the breathtaking views along our 360° Skytour or from the Hochkar summit as the sun rises over the surrounding mountain peaks.

Optionally, you can start your day mindfully and relaxed with a guided morning meditation.

Tickets can only be purchased in our online shop.

The ticket includes the ascent and descent with the Hochkar cable car and a generous breakfast brunch at the Geischlägerhaus, allowing you to start your day perfectly. Take the opportunity to begin your day with a dynamic morning meditation.

You can easily add the morning meditation for € 15,- during the booking process.

Please bring the following items for the meditation:

  • Warm clothing
  • A blanket
  • A mat to lie on for the final relaxation

PS: Would you still like to experience the sunrise in the mountains up close? Then book your ascent & descent without breakfast in advance in our online shop, or purchase your ticket directly at the lift ticket office.

The event only takes place in good weather conditions.

As this is a special early ride, the Lower Austria Card (NÖ-Card) and the Wilde Wunder Card are only valid from the start of regular lift operations.
