Night skiing on the Hochkar

When the last daytime skiers leave the slopes, silence settles in, and Hochkar slowly turns into a sleeping giant, it’s time to turn night into day! During night skiing, you can race down the illuminated Almhang from 6 to 9 PM.

Because now it’s all about wild carving sessions under modern floodlights! You race through the night down the Almhang and enjoy the cool mountain breeze.

Night skiing as a special alternative

Nights in the mountains have something magical about them and are far too beautiful to sleep through! So strap on your skis and head out onto the slopes!

Night skiing is unique, exciting and, above all, filled with pure fun. And after an evening on the slopes, you’ll sleep even better.

Tickets for night skiing are available at the lift ticket office! For season pass holders of the Lower Austria Bergerlebnispass, the SunnyCard and the Ostalpen-Card, night skiing is included in the season ticket price.

Night skiing only takes place in suitable weather conditions!
