INCERT voucher booking system

For the processing of voucher orders, our data processor ecoplus Alpin GmbH uses the system provided by INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG (Leonfeldner Strasse 328, A-4040 Linz) as a sub-processor. This system enables the automated sale of vouchers via “print@home” as well as the individual personalization of vouchers with barcodes.

The following data are required to process orders: title, first and last name, address, e-mail address, and in some cases, telephone number.

Processing takes place for the purpose of fulfilling contractual services or pre-contractual measures on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (ordering of vouchers) and Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (statutory retention obligations for accounting documents).

The use of this software is based on the legal basis of our legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a fast, location-independent way to make vouchers available to you.

You are under no obligation to provide your personal data. Failure to do so will merely result in your voucher order via our website not being processed.

Our data processor ecoplus Alpin GmbH has concluded an appropriate data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG, ensuring that your data are processed exclusively within the scope of our instructions.
