From which sources are these data obtained?

We process the personal data that we receive from you in the course of a business relationship or that you provide to us with your consent. This includes, among other things, newsletter subscriptions, booking inquiries, participation in prize draws, registration for the event database or POI database (user), and contact inquiries.

Personal data include:

• Private individuals: name, address, contact details (email, telephone), country
• Employees of organizations and partner companies: in the context of business-to-business relationships, the company or organization is also collected and stored in addition to the above-mentioned data.

In individual cases, personal data may also include the following:

• Image data in connection with prize draws
• Data arising from the fulfillment of our contractual obligations
• Data required for the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures
