The way to the 360° Skytour

You take the chairlift up to the Hochkar pre-peak. At the top you hike immediately left past the mountain house to the transmission mast. From there, a slight incline leads to the initial portal of the 60-meter-long suspension bridge. When you reach the top of the platform, you can look down about 120 meters. Thrills are inevitable! Afterwards, the circular route leads uphill over a small bridge to the rock path.

Be excited, there is an impressive view of the Gesäuse to the 100 kilometer distant summit of the Dachstein. From this point you can also see the 1,808-meter-high Hochkar peak, which is only about a kilometer away from the starting and ending point of the skytour. After the hike and the unforgettable views you need a refreshment? Good thing that the JoSchi Berghaus is just around the corner!
