Route: Hochkarschutzhaus – Scheineck – Hochkargipfel (1808 m) – Häsing – Leckerplan – Schmalzmauer (1760 m) – „Seelucken“ (vom Hochkargipfel unmarkierte Kammwanderung) – Heuwies – Brunneckerhütte – Schwarzalm – Wiesenalm – Leckermoor – Hochreit – Göstling (532 m).
