In the event of an accident or illness resulting in a period of ill health lasting at least five weeks, a refund may be granted in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Any refunds are granted purely as a gesture of goodwill and do not give rise to any legal entitlement in future.
- A refund will only be granted in the event of injuries resulting from skiing accidents or illness. A medical certificate from a specialist or an accident report, as well as the Lower Austria Mountain Adventure Pass, must be presented.
- A refund will not be granted if the pass has already been used on 10 days or more.
- For each day of skiing, the following amount will be deducted from the purchase price:
Adults €54 / Children €33 - No refund will be given for use after 28 February.
- No refund is possible after 31 March.
- A processing fee of €25 per ticket will be charged for processing a pro-rata refund.
- In the event of a refund for an adult pass, any associated free children’s season tickets and MINI passes must be returned. Upon request, these may continue to be used; in this case, the applicable ‘Super Advance Booking’ price for the child’s season ticket will be deducted from the refund. Any second adult pass cannot be refunded in this context.
Refunds for unused season tickets:
If the season ticket has not been used throughout the entire season due to an injury or illness that occurred after purchase, the purchase price will be refunded. A processing fee of €25 per ticket will be charged.
If any accompanying free children’s tickets have already been used, the corresponding super-advance-booking price of the children’s tickets will be deducted from the refund. Refunds cannot be issued after 31 March.
