School groups & school ski courses

Learn to ski, have fun and enjoy the winter together

School ski courses at Hochkar are all about fun in the snow, safe conditions and attractive special rates. Our aim is to introduce children and teenagers to winter sports and to ensure they have an unforgettable time on the mountain.

Whether beginners or more advanced skiers – at Hochkar, school groups will find the perfect conditions for a successful ski course.

Prices for school groups

We want children to learn to ski with us at affordable prices and develop a love of winter sports in the process. That’s why we offer special rates for school groups.


Day & multi-day passes (school ski courses for under-19s)

  • 1 day: €28.90
  • 2 days: €51.90
  • 3 days: €76.90
  • 4 days: €100.90
  • 5 days: €119.90

Children’s Area (1 day): €15.90

The passes are valid in the Hochkar ski area and on the Ötscher.


Important information

  • A validation form from the WKO Seilbahnen is required to obtain freetickets for teachers.
  • Free passes for teachers are granted at a maximum ratio of 1:6 for primary schools and 1:10 for other schools. All other accompanying persons are charged the group rate.
  • Chip card fee: €2.00 per ski pass issued.

Payment

Payment is made:

  • in cash
  • by debit or credit card at the ticket offices
  • by bank transfer in advance

Please present your WKO proof of eligibility for free tickets for teachers.

    The Blaguss Ski Day offers a simple and well-organised trip, including a ski pass. Schools can easily book their ski day as a package and benefit from a stress-free experience.

    GO FOR SKI – Austria-wide School Ski Day

    A day’s skiing for schoolchildren from all over Austria, with the aim of promoting winter sports in the long term and giving as many children as possible the chance to take up skiing.
